Visit Osaka Garden in Jackson Park (Sun 9/28)

We will be visiting Chicago’s Japanese garden this month! osaka garden

“Osaka Garden” is located within Jackson Park on Wooded Island, just behind the Museum of Science and Industry. This is also the site of the famous 1890 World’s Expo and the location of the Garden of the Phoenix where the Japanese Pavilion once–and still–stands. Read more about the history, and see views of the garden today, here.

We are inviting the 40 new JET returnees as well, so this will be a great opportunity to not only convene with nature, but to catch up with old friends and make new ones.
