JETAA Chicago December Board Meeting

On Monday, December 2, JETAA Chicago will hold its monthly board meeting. This will be the final meeting of the year and will be followed by a special “bowlnenkai” celebration.

The meeting will be held in downtown Chicago at 6:30 PM and last about 90 minutes. The building is 401 N. Michigan St, 10th floor. Be sure to bring a photo ID so you can enter the building.

The bowlnenkai will include a bowling package, food, and a year-end drawing for prizes. The specific details will be updated in the coming week, but the event will take place in downtown Chicago as well.

Our meetings are open to any and all JET Alumni. We will be discussing future events like the Shinnenkai (Jan 18) and are always looking for people to get involved. If you haven’t been to a meeting yet this year, come on out anyway and enjoy our year-end event!

Dinner will not be provided during this month’s meeting as we will eat afterwards at the party. If you’re interested, please RSVP on our Facebook event page.

Email with any questions or items you would like to add to the agenda.

Linda, I love how you keep your Japanese heritage alive tohrugh your stories. It is amazing how small the world has become and how the wounds of the past can heal. And how sweet of your mother’s family to be concerned about her when they are the ones in danger.
